Our exclusive use private wedding venue spreads across 300 acres of stunning landscape. Only one hour from London, Chafford Park can be found nestled deep in the countryside of the Kent and Sussex border. With manicured lawns, natural lakes, scenic cornfields, and an enchanting woodland, this is a spectacularly picturesque venue for your wedding day (or weekend!). The land also boasts a quintessentially English 17th Century Manor House and two beautifully converted barns. With several versatile spaces, you can really transform our Estate into your own unique and special wedding experience.

Seating up to 100 guests, The Hop Barn is a versatile space for a wedding ceremony. It is a licensed venue and therefore ideal for couples who wish to legally marry onsite. There are two layout designs possible in The Hop Barn, either use the full length of the barn; or, choose to have the stunning views of the Estate as the backdrop to your ceremony by marrying in front of the barn doors. The huge glass doors allow for streams of natural light to fill the barn.

The Granary Barn

The Granary Barn is a vast space perfect for hosting both your wedding breakfast and evening reception. The barn is large enough to hold your tables, a bar, dance floor and a band so your guests won’t have to move while the venue is turned around making for a seamless connection between food and partying!

The ceilings, although dark, have velux windows which let a lot of light in. To soften the ceiling, use draping to give an elegant touch to the metal roof.

Opt for flat panelled draping if you’re looking for something a little more modern.

If you want to create an ethereal look for the barn, choose hanging lanterns that appear to float in the barns roof. Select colours that complement the rest of your wedding theme.
